Mrs. A Nagarekha Sudhakara Reddy, Director is a creative and innovative thinker. She leads the Admin & HR divisions of the company. She is a post graduate in Computer applications with a specialized diploma in HR management.
She devices the companies HR initiatives to align with the company’s strategic business goals to ensure best organizational performance. She brings in the best professional talent to the company and is a great influencer and ensures effective working relationships within the team.
She carries two decades plus of rich experience in the construction industry and is incharge of recruitment, trainings, retention, HR compliances including occupational Health & Safety.
