President
Sharada Varma a civil engineer with specialization in environmental engineering brings with her a vast experience of 34 years in business development, tendering and execution across various infrastructure fields. She is instrumental project planning and her strong monitoring skills have resulted in timely completion of the projects with best quality. She had been instrumental in bagging good projects. She looks after the execution processes in our company, including bidding, project planning and monitoring. Prior to joining us she held senior positions with major infrastructure companies like Ramky & Gayatri.
Raghu Babu Veeranki
Vice President
Raghu Babu Veeranki is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and has experience of over 21 years in the Power, WaterSupply turnkey projects. He in charge of budgeting, planning and monitoring process which has leveraged the timelycompletion of our projects. Prior to joining Sudhakara he had been associated with corporates like Tatas and Gayatri invarious positions.

Vice president - Techincal
ISN Murthy is a Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and brings in rich experience of over 30 years in the fields of
Oil & Gas, Water & Wastewater, Power, Dredging, Industrial infrastructure. He is responsible for recruitment & teambuilding and contract management. He is actively involved in overseeing the design engineering and project
monitoring. He is the key driving force in ensuring timely completion of our projects. Prior to joining Sudhakara he had
served MTAR, Tata Projects, Punj Lloyd and Gayatri in various positions.
Sumit Bansal
General Manager, Designs
Sumit Bansal holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota and M. Tech degree inEnvironmental Engineering from VGU, Jaipur, Rajasthan. He has experience of over 9 years in the Water Supply, Sewerageand Irrigation Projects. He heads the in-house design team and is actively involved in continuous value engineering using thelatest specifications and methodologies. He is also responsible for the bidding process for new projects.
Nageshwar Rao
General Manager, F&A
Nageshwar Rao brings with him 20+ years of experience in finance and accounting. He is post graduate in banking &finance from Andhra University. Before joining Sudhakara he has worked with major companies like Ramky, Sembcorp.
He also worked with HDFC bank.

General Manager (Tenders)
B.V. Balakrishna Rao, A Civil Engineer with 35+ years of proven experience in leading multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects across India. Expertise in managing the full lifecycle of EPC, BOT, HAM, and DBFOT projects including expressways, national highways, bridges, tunnels, Railway and Urban redevelopment with and also an Approved valuer and charted Engineer.

KOREM HARISH PRATAP REDDY a Civil Engineer by profession who takes great pride in not only the quality of work produced, but also, a consistent achiever. With hands on experience of more than 14 years in Infrastructure industry specialized in Construction of Residential, Commercial buildings and with 15 years of experience in the design of Micro irrigation projects.

G V S PRAKASH is a Certified Chartered Engineer (India) with over 25 years of distinguished experience in civil engineering and project management. He holds a professional degree in Civil Engineering and an M.Tech in Environmental Engineering from BITS Pilani. His expertise spans engineering design, quantity surveying, planning, construction management, contract administration, and claims resolution across a wide range of projects, including Thermal Power Plants, industrial structures, hydro infrastructure, hospitals and building projects.
